Refund policy

At PenGems, we're not just selling pens - we're selling joy and you're supposed to be gleefully in love with your new shiny tool! But hey, we get it - sometimes, the heart wants what it wants (or doesn't, in this case).

Got second thoughts? Just hit the "Contact Us" button sitting pretty at the bottom of any page. Let us know whether it's a "Goodbye, my lover" or a "Let's swap places" situation.

If it's a return, we'll email you a USPS prepaid postage label faster than you can say "PenGems". Print it, stick it, send it - and we'll keep an eagle eye on it with our online tracking. As soon as your return lands safely back at PenGems HQ, we'll arrange a refund via your original payment method. (Visa payments get refunded to Visa cards, and so forth).

If it's an exchange you're after, it's the same song and dance. We'll send your replacement pen pirouetting towards you the moment we get the original back. In a hurry? Order the new pen straightaway and we'll pop the return label in there for you. We'll issue a refund once we get the original order back.

If you'd rather play by your own rules and not use our prepaid label, that's cool - just bear in mind that return shipping will be on you.

And to our overseas PenGem fans - you're not left out! You can return items too, just note that you'll need to cover the return shipping costs.
